ADVANCE BOOKINGS / DEPOSIT PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will be glad to confirm your payment with a receipt faxed or mailed to you.

Alternatively, if you are based in Singapore we would be happy to meet up with you in person for the deposit payment in cash & to provide you with a receipt.

A further clarification is deemed necessary as we have been frequently asked about the cost being SGD590.00 per person based on a minimum of 4 persons. We work on a minimum of 4 anglers at SGD590.00 each & the cost is still SGD$590.00 per angler even if you have 5 or up to a maximum of 6 per boat (depending on the boat’s official seating capacity). We do not believe in packing anglers in. Hence, it’s not simply a matter of taking the overall cost & dividing it by the number of people you have to lower the cost for each person.

The awesome billfishing & our guide’s expertise in getting clients the results are what you are paying for. We have had clients in the past who tried discounting every item they did not utilize such as meals, transport, accommodation, gear...etc & it just got ridiculous in the end. This is designed as an all-inclusive cost package.
